We just love salty black liquorice in Sweden! We chop black liqourice by hand in our chocolate factory and place one piece into each square of the moulds. We winnow, roast and stone grind the cacao beans and then pour the chocolate over the liquorice pieces. Liquorice powder and Islandic sea salt is manually sprinkled over the bar.
