Through a patented and unique approach, we’ve achieved an unparalleled pH level of 6.5, making our coffee the least acidic among coffees in general but also the rest of the mushroom coffees. Taste Profile: Well-balanced with moderate acidity, medium body, and diverse flavor notes.
Peruvian beans add chocolatey sweetness, nutty undertones, fruity hints, and floral aromas combined with subtle umami undertones from tremella, which is valued for its potential ability to add silkiness and smoothness to the coffee and maitake offers an earthy flavor adding to the complexity to the blend and that contribute to the overall taste profile.
